Restores the Gerbil pmap port to use native runtime primitives for hashing and shifting instead of the slow compatibility implementation.\n\nVerification:\n- gerbil-compat optimized build\n- gerbil-sqlite optimized build\n- gxtest gerbil-compat/tests/compat-test.ss\n- make binary\n- make smoke\n- N=1000 regular and prepared benchmarks
