Repair Qt which-key popup for current master #12

Replaces #7.

The original branch conflicted with current master in tests/test-qt-part2.ss. This replacement preserves current Qt coverage while applying the original intent: show which-key in the echo-area popup, register the real Qt command instead of the describe-bindings alias, make pty_shim a fresh-clone Qt test prerequisite, and add a non-buffer-switching regression test. The popup uses a module-local candidate helper because commands-parity cannot import the newer app helper without crossing module boundaries. VERSION advances from 0.1.7 to 0.1.8.

Verification:

Jerboa balanced tools used for every .ss edit; final balance checks passed for all three edited .ss files
git diff --check: passed
make test-qt-part2: passed, 31/31 tests
make binary: passed
JEMACS_DEV_NATIVE=1 ./jemacs --version: exited 0 and reported jemacs/Jerboa/Chez runtime
