The Android build failed compiling ffi-shim.c in the system snapshot path because Android/Bionic does not provide a usable struct utmpx API even though some names may be visible.

Local workaround was to guard the jsh_system_w_snapshot utmpx loop with #if defined(__ANDROID__), leaving only the header output and marking user_filter unused on Android.

Expected: Android builds should skip or replace the utmpx-backed user/session scan.
Actual: the Linux/Unix utmpx code is compiled on Android and fails.
