The implementation handoff previously treated unfinished integration as external blockers and overstated what green checks proved. Add a source-grounded plan for all seven reported issues, including ordinary Arti filesystem state, missing live isolation, the boolean WASM prefilter, and incomplete leak/artifact tests.

Section 10 gives concrete implementation steps, acceptance evidence, dependency order, and the exact external inputs still needed. It preserves jerboa-sqlite-only storage and distinguishes research interoperability from independent production qualification. Runtime fixes described in the plan are not claimed as implemented.

Advance the required repository version to 0.2.1, with Cargo/CLI/SBOM synchronization.

Validation: native make binary, jtor --version (0.2.1), full existing make test, and git diff --check. The existing suite is regression evidence only; the handoff explicitly documents its missing live-network, module-runtime and confinement coverage.
