• build bin/gsqlite with gxc -O -full-program-optimization
• add explicit FPO benchmark targets for SQL/API and prepared benchmarks
• bump VERSION to 0.1.10

Verification

• N=10000 make bench-prepared-fpo
• make binary && make smoke
• make test
