Validate tool input shapes and required fields at dispatch before invoking handlers or mutating state. Malformed nested edit and batch inputs now return actionable field errors and zero side effects.

Validation:

  • Jerboa balance check passed for the changed .ss file.
  • VERSION and package manifests bumped to 0.5.1.
