Read proxy HTTP Content-Length bodies as UTF-8 bytes with bounded header lines and deadlines, so Unicode requests cannot block the accept loop or consume the next request.

Validation:

  • Jerboa balance check passed for the changed .ss file.
  • VERSION and package manifests bumped to 0.5.1.
