Implements handoff item 40: Darwin secure-file-size reads the pinned runtime's stat bytevector correctly.

  • Replaces the pointer-style foreign-ref with bytevector-s64-native-ref.
  • Adds regression coverage for Darwin stat-size handling.
  • VERSION and package manifests bumped to 0.5.1.

Validation: Jerboa balance checks and git diff --check passed.
