Summary

  • add persistent per-session /goal state with versioned sidecar storage, pause/resume/clear, token budgets, and usage accounting
  • run goals through a bounded continuation driver and expose create_goal, get_goal, and update_goal
  • wire CLI, TUI, and server goal commands/events, with documentation and version 0.6.0
  • resolve Jerboa library paths in stable-first order so the documented build/test commands use one compilation instance

Verification

  • make binary
  • ./jcode --version -> jcode 0.6.0
  • focused test/run.ss: 1704 passed, 0 failed, 0 skipped
  • make test reaches all functional/security checks but has one pre-existing macOS sandbox regression: enabled sandbox runs an allowed command
