What

Corrects the fj (Forgejo CLI) usage documented in AGENTS.md: the PR-status
syntax was wrong (the repo must ride in the same owner/repo#NN argument),
and adds the verified cheatsheet (host flag requirement, PR creation, CI
drill-down via REST, bot-gate cookie, merge-pr policy).

Docs-only change; no functional code touched; no version bump per owner
instruction.
