Summary

  • Treat local files that disappear or become unavailable during upload as per-file skips instead of aborting the worker pool.
  • Preserve fatal behavior for unrelated upload and transport failures.
  • Add regression coverage for file-modification-time / no such file or directory and advance the version to 2.0.20.

Verification

  • JDRIVE_SYNC_TEST=disappeared-upload-skip make test-sync-regression
  • make test
  • make binary
  • make binary-smoke
  • Jerboa delimiter balance check: passed

The security scan reports one pre-existing unrelated catch-all guard in jdrive/s3/syncv2.ss.
