Summary

  • Move upload preflight metadata reads inside the per-file local-file availability guard.
  • Prevent files deleted between scan and upload from aborting run-bounded-task-source.
  • Add a regression that invokes the actual preflight path and advance the version to 2.0.21.

Verification

  • JDRIVE_SYNC_TEST=disappeared-upload-skip make test-sync-regression
  • make test
  • make binary-smoke
  • Jerboa delimiter balance check: passed

The security scan reports one pre-existing unrelated catch-all guard in jdrive/s3/syncv2.ss.
