• Provision missing FreeBSD amd64 and arm64 sysroots automatically from configurable FreeBSD base archives.
• Validate all required sysroot directories before continuing and use a temporary archive cleaned on exit.
• Bump the repository version to 2.0.23.

Verification

• make clean && make binary
• make binary-smoke
• make test
• Local file:// archive fetch/extract smoke test
• make -n help
