Fixes the Android compose view regressing into a small AlertDialog.\n\nChanges:\n- Replaces the compose AlertDialog with a full-screen activity content view.\n- Gives the body field weighted vertical space and bottom Send/Cancel actions.\n- Bumps VERSION/jpkg/jjmapd output and Android version to 0.2.29 / code 224.\n\nVerification:\n- make binary\n- make test\n- Built debug APK with Gradle 9.5.0\n- Installed on jjmap_api35_test emulator\n- Opened configured mailbox and tapped Compose\n- Confirmed UI bounds: root [0,0][1080,2400], Body [42,599][1038,2232], Send [273,2232][504,2358]
