Adds native Genode/Goa build and runtime packaging for jerboa-jmap, Genode-safe file publication, the pure-Scheme jsqlite bundle, age crypto smoke, and port documentation.

Verified:

  • make binary, native-test 9/9, security gates, tests, and e2e
  • all 18 native exports
  • Genode age crypto smoke
  • jjmapd 0.2.30 startup, child exit 0
  • JMAP DSO has no unresolved linkat/unlinkat

Known limit: shared Jerboa core still has lazy linkat/unlinkat references in optional TLS/X.509 publication.
