feat: add cargo vendor tree, blob write-to-file helpers, update handoff docs 7ad1632d22

- Add db-blob-write-to-file! to lib/jjmap/db.ss for streaming blob writes
- Add jsmtp-blob-write-to-file! to lib/jjmap/jsmtp-store.ss for jsmtp store blob writes
- Create rust/jjmap-native/vendor/ with all 110+ dependencies vendored from cargo registry
- Add .cargo/config.toml pointing to vendored sources (verified cargo check --release)
- Update finish2-kimi3.md: correct blob streaming status (requires HTTP-layer file-slice support), mark cargo vendor as fixed

feat: add dev native loading opt-in to native.ss 32aedf1bef

Add JJMAP_NATIVE_SHARED + JJMAP_DEV_NATIVE=1 opt-in dev path mirroring
jsmtp's guard structure with (std native-loader) validation. The
define-lazy-foreign macro now calls ensure-jjmap-native! before creating
foreign procedures, enabling dynamic library loading for development.

feat: add file-slice streaming for blob downloads 142f178f39

Add file-slice struct and write-file-response! to http-core.ss for
streaming large blob downloads without loading entire payload into memory.

Update http-write-response in http.ss to detect file-slice bodies and
stream them via chunked TLS writes.

Modify blob-download-response in http-api.ss to write payloads to temp
files and return file-slice bodies instead of raw bytevectors.

docs: update handoff docs to mark blob download streaming as complete
