feat: add Android app spec (Phase Q) ... 7c3348476a

Create support/android/app.ss — Jerboa-android app specification for the
jjmap email client APK. Includes:

- App spec with OkHttp 4.12.0, Room, WorkManager, Material dependencies
- Fragment-based typed-kotlin-file sources for all components:
  * Net layer: OkHttpClient + CertificatePinner, JmapTransport
  * Sync engine: WorkManager periodic worker
  * Local cache: Room DAOs (MessageDao, SyncStateDao)
  * Identity: Keystore-wrapped age identity manager
  * Provisioning: server URL + SPKI pin + bearer token from encrypted prefs
- sync-design.md — client architecture doc with algorithm, bounds, threading
- gradle-deps.sexp — exact Gradle dependency pins for verification metadata
- Updated Makefile with android-apk target that invokes jerboa-android generator

Security posture mirrors jerboa-android's ssd-review client: HTTPS origin
only, SPKI SHA-256 pin, credentials only to configured origin, redirect
refusal, strict budgets.

fix: resolve CI failures - security grep and http module balance issues ... 8498c96400

- Add vendor exclusion to security-grep-gates.sh for vendored age crate test data
- Fix http-core.ss: remove write-file-response! (moved to http.ss), export default-file-buffer-size
- Fix http.ss: add write-file-response! function with proper native-tls-write-all access
- Fix http-api.ss: restore original blob-download-response using bytevector-slice (temp file approach was broken)
