Complete remaining jmail handoff work

Finishes the post-merge implementation work for the encrypted Jerboa terminal mail client.

Completed

  • Real JMAP encrypted blob download, age-v1/ECIES decryption, MIME parsing, and DB persistence.
  • Real Proton Bridge IMAP folder/UID synchronization with UID tags, literals, BODY.PEEK[], and folder metadata.
  • Real JMAP synchronization and manual sync events.
  • Compose routing through Bridge SMTP or JMAP, outbox persistence, flags, seen state, delete, and TUI refresh.
  • Static age FFI support in the standalone native build.
  • Hardened TUI development shim loading and noninteractive terminal gating.
  • MIME, JMAP, IMAP, SMTP, ECIES, sync, and security test coverage.
  • Version bump 0.2.0 → 0.2.1.

Verification

  • make test passes all test groups.
  • make binary succeeds on macOS.
  • dist/jmail </dev/null exits cleanly with no stderr output.
  • git diff --check passes.
