What

Adds a mandatory checkout-hygiene policy to AGENTS.md: all clones/copies/worktrees for work on this repo must live under ~/work/ (e.g. ~/work/<repo>-<purpose>), existing ~/work/<repo>-* dirs must be reused or re-cloned rather than spawning new copies elsewhere, and every checkout must be deleted once the work is pushed and done (PR merged / deliverable handed off). Prevents agents from scattering disposable copies across the machine.

Docs-only change; no functional code touched; no version bump per owner instruction.
