The import-check tool rejects (scheme) imports on the FreeBSD release
Jerboa without the --unsafe-prelude flag, causing CI to fail with:

Exception in jerboa-script-loader: direct (scheme)/(chezscheme)
imports require --unsafe-prelude with irritant (scheme)

This adds the flag to the JEXEC variable used by import-check.

clean-generated removes compiled libs, then import-check fails with
'library (sed ast) not found'. Run transpile before import-check to
rebuild the .sls wrappers.
