Replaces #35 after rebasing its all-features bootstrapping fix onto current main.

The FreeBSD failure came from vendor-libs building the entire jerboa-aws executable even though this repository only consumes its generated Scheme libraries. This keeps normal vendor binaries unchanged while using the transpile target for jerboa-aws, avoiding an unrelated application link on FreeBSD.

Verification:

  • make vendor-libs
  • make binary

Both passed locally on macOS, including full vendor staging and final jsh-macos linking.

Replaces #35 after rebasing its all-features bootstrapping fix onto current `main`.
