The installed command was named jerboa-signal, while application history and state were written under ~/.local/share/jerboa-signal. This changes the built and installed executable to jsignal, moves persistent application state to ~/.jsignal, updates CLI output and documentation, and adds a regression test for all generated state paths.

The clean build also exposed two existing pristine-checkout failures. The Makefile now fetches pinned Jerboa and jsqlite revisions into vendor/, enables the required native crypto feature, and runs the existing direct-Chez tests with the toolchain's explicit unsafe-prelude flag. This removes the prohibited sibling-checkout fallback and makes the native build reproducible from a clean clone.

Validation:

make binary from a clean build state
make test (all tests, including test-store-path.ss)
staged make install verified jsignal exists, jerboa-signal does not, and jsignal --version reports 0.2.0
Jerboa balance checks on every changed .ss file
changed-line Jerboa security scan
