Adds the max-body-size Sinatra setting, defaults it to 4 MiB, and forwards it to Jerboa HTTP startup. Requires Jerboa 0.10.3, documents the bounded setting, adds integration coverage, and releases version 0.1.4.\n\nVerified against the Jerboa body-limit branch with security checks, full 131-check test suite, import check, transpilation/build, and Scheme balance checks.
