Implements the remaining sending-mail handoff: outbound relay/DNS, authenticated submission hardening, deployment support, docs, tests, and VERSION 0.5.0.\n\nValidation run locally:\n- make test\n- ./jsmtp native-version and FFI symbol greps for argon2/connect timeout\n- cargo test --manifest-path rust/Cargo.toml\n- cargo test --manifest-path wasm/Cargo.toml\n- cargo audit --file rust/Cargo.lock\n- cargo audit --file wasm/Cargo.lock\n- make wasm\n- make fuzz-check\n- make security\n- sh tests/freebsd-cross-compile-test.sh\n- make binary after gitsafe fixture annotations
