Summary

• evict per-connection SELECT result-cache entries during sqlite-close
• add a weak-reference regression test proving a closed database is collectible
• advance the package version to 0.1.11

Verification

• regression test fails without the eviction and passes with it
• git diff --check
• make test (full unit and differential suites)
• make binary
• ./bin/jsqlite :memory: 'SELECT 1'

The first local make test attempt correctly stopped because the test-only oracle was absent. make oracle fetched the repository-pinned oracle revision, after which the complete test/build sequence passed.
