Summary

add an ignored opt-in live parity harness for the old secmon PSK mux receiver
fix Conduit's legacy secmon projection to match the old receiver row shape, including routing scalars inside data
record the parity evidence and bump the package version to 0.3.5

Note: an initial native services run saw a transient failure in mux_unix::tests::auth_challenge_is_not_downgraded; the exact test, full conduit-services suite, and full affected native package suite all passed on rerun.
