Summary

add ignored macOS process-boundary qualification for the runnable pilot jerboa.repl TCP path using the installed Jerboa toolchain
add ignored macOS process-boundary qualification for console.attach over Unix sockets through a real endpoint and mux fixture
make the secmon retry process test deterministic by starting the retry endpoint after the intentionally dropped first result
update the standalone REPL worker lockfile so --locked --offline worker tests are usable
bump package version to 0.3.3
