Closes #53.

Summary

  • route MCP eval, verify, test, and temporary-script execution through the Jerboa CLI instead of a raw scheme subprocess
  • preflight the configured Jerboa runtime at startup and on demand, returning isError: true with JERBOA_MCP_JERBOA_PATH guidance for missing runtimes
  • remove the redundant slow watcher that leaked termination noise after immediate subprocess failures
  • expose repository/MCP/build/runtime identity in both initialize and tools/list
  • document MCP catalog modes and dispatcher behavior; bump VERSION to 0.10.10

Verification

  • make binary
  • ./jerboa-bin --version → jerboa-bin 0.10.10
  • make jmcp
  • make mcp-test → protocol-test PASS; external-lib-test PASS (13 checks)
  • rebuilt jmcp with scheme absent from PATH: jerboa_eval returned Result: 3
  • rebuilt jmcp with missing JERBOA_MCP_JERBOA_PATH: preflight and eval returned isError: true, named the configuration variable, emitted exit 127 without watchdog noise, and did not suggest missing-libdirs
  • jerboa_check_balance passed for both changed .ss files
  • git diff --check
