Implements the accumulated improve-kimi3 follow-up work in one branch.\n\nHighlights:\n- Adds Qt clipboard, startup smoke, and screenshot golden coverage.\n- Improves Qt redraw coalescing, visual decoration caching, and key-path text access.\n- Adds optional GUI CI wiring and stress RSS sampling.\n- Advances VERSION to 0.1.7.\n\nVerification run locally includes focused Qt tests, native binary builds, startup smoke, screenshot-golden harness checks, and script syntax checks across the staged commits.
