Summary

• make ,ssh-add -l list the active SSH_AUTH_SOCK instead of loading a key named -l
• make ,ssh-list fall back to the active SSH_AUTH_SOCK when the in-process key cache is empty
• add a binary smoke check and bump VERSION to 0.4.5

Verification

• make binary
• ./test/test-binary.sh ./jsh-macos
• printf ',ssh-add -l\n,ssh-list\n' | ./jsh-macos
