Summary

drain and batch PTY bytes before JSON encoding/indexing so Codex and other redraw-heavy TUIs cannot back up the capture PTY
synchronize final PTY output before closing the command index row
strip ANSI controls and keep a rolling 1 MiB normalized search tail so late TUI text such as character-by-character input remains searchable
add a regression that exceeds the old 64 KiB cap and renders the marker one glyph at a time
bump version to 0.5.5

Verification

real Codex 0.149.1 under active recording: completed 200 streamed lines, remained interactive, typed rubber character-by-character, and ,record search rubber found the Codex session
make test (691 jsh + 25 search-ui + 16 secure-history checks)
make binary
make pre-pr-macos-linux-amd64-all
changed-line Jerboa security scan: clean
