Fixes interactive recording for full-screen TUI applications and restores locked recordings to secure-history search.

Changes:

capture each foreground command with stdin, stdout, and stderr on one PTY
drain and relay PTY bytes on a native pthread while Scheme waits for the child
normalize complete ANSI redraw streams without dropping late searchable text
reopen the encrypted index on unlock and import missing casts across shell restarts
bump the package version to 0.5.6 and document the lifecycle

Verified:

real Codex 0.149.1 session accepted and displayed say rubber bumper buggy, exited cleanly, and returned to jsh
after restart and unlock, search rubber rendered 1 match
make test: 691 shell, 25 search/index, and 19 recording checks passed
make binary and command smoke passed
make pre-pr-macos-linux-amd64-all passed
changed-line Jerboa security scan clean
