Adds the conduit-backed send/receive feature to the extras shell:

• Adds capability-based ,send and ,receive command integration with unlock/session checks, cancellation, prompt handling, and recorder redaction.
• Vendors and stages the conduit native Noise/zstd archive on macOS, Linux, and FreeBSD paths, with deterministic source locks and duplicate-symbol-safe linking.
• Hardens feature overlays and exact locked dependency fetching for clean bootstrap builds.
• Updates the extras version and feature manifests.

Validation: clean JSH_BATCH=1 make features-all; clean make binary; integrated root shell all-features build and PTY smoke.
